The Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Department at the College of Nursing / Kufa University held a workshop on “Practical Skills in Quality Assurance and Performance” And on the Grand Hall of the Faculty of Nursing, which lasted for two days on Sunday, 30/12/2018 and Monday, 31/12/2018, The workshop was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Rajha Abdul-Hassan Hamza, Dr. Dhiyaa Karim, Dean’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs and Consultant Physician Dr. Riadh Karim Aboud, Head of the Quality Division at the College, and assist. Prof. Dr. Mortedha Ghanim Adai, Head of Mental and Mental Health Branch and a number of professors.
This workshop aimed to rehabilitate cadres capable of conducting self-evaluation of the teaching process as well as training cadres capable of implementing performance improvement plans.
On the first day of the workshop, the workshop included a preliminary evaluation of the participants, as well as a general introduction to the concept of quality, objectives, foundations, and how to formulate vision, mission, goals and values, as well as self-assessment methods.
The workshop’s second day was how to prepare a performance improvement plan as well as how to measure outputs and conduct a final evaluation of the workshop.
