Najaf Governorate Council held the second session on Thursday 28/2/2019 to define the rapid response where the meeting witnessed the presence of the consultant doctor Dr. Riadh Karim Aboud and Instructor Mansour Abdullah representative of the Faculty of Nursing / University of Kufa.
The vision, mission, objectives and rules of procedure were discussed and the presence of representatives of the University of Kufa and Najaf Health Department and the Ministries of Interior and Defense as well as the attendance of the Directorate of Civil Defense and the Center for Monitoring and Joint Coordination.
