The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit hold a workshop on the performance of psychological stress among students

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit held a workshop on the management of psychological stress among students, in which the lecturers discussed the most important psychological pressures that students face during their academic career.  

Where the instructor Estabraq Ali Naji spoke about the pressures that students face from the ideas, feelings and trends surrounding them, whether in academic, family or social in general

Dr. Dina Adnan added that the pressures faced by students exposed to psychological problems that affect their performance and relationships and also touched on the most important adaptation strategies and managed these pressures and the possibility of avoiding them before exacerbating them.

The instructor Zahra Abdul-Abbas talked about the most important means and exercises to get rid of psychological stress, such as breathing exercises and relaxation of deep muscles and scheduling problems.
