فرع الصحة النفسية والعقلية

رؤيا الفرع:

يطمح فرع تمريض الصحة النفسية والعقلية في كلية التمريض في جامعة الكوفة الى تبوء مكانة ريادية بين كافة الأقسام العلمية المختلفة في الكلية والكليات المناظرة ويكون قادراً على منافسة كل مؤسسات التعليم العالي للتمريض على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي في وضع الاستراتيجيات والقواعد التي تحرر طاقات وقدرات التكيف والتغيير عند الإنسان للتعامل مع التحديات النفسية والعقلية الراهنة.

رسالة الفرع:

يعمل فرع تمريض الصحة النفسية والعقلية على تزويد الطالب بالمعارف والمعلومات الأساسية لمختلف النظريات التي تفسر السلوك الإنساني لكي تكون له القدرة على التمييز بين السلوك السوي والسلوك الغير سوي كما يقوم بدعمه بجميع النماذج التي يحتاجها في الممارسة العملية لمعالجة المشاكل النفسية والعقلية ضمن إطار العملية التمريضية بما يضمن تقديم الرعاية الشاملة للمرضى في مستشفيات الأمراض النفسية والعقلية والمراكز الصحية.

أهداف الفرع:

1. وصف ومناقشة أسس ومفاهيم ومبادئ تمريض الصحة النفسية.

2. التعريف بالرعاية النفسية المجتمعية.

3. وصف الموضوعات الأخلاقية والقانونية الخاصة بالتمريض النفسي.

4. التعريف بنظريات تمريض الصحة النفسية.

5. تطبيق الاتصال العلاجي وتجنب الاتصال غير العلاجي مع المريض النفسي.

6. تطبيق العملية التمريضية في تقديم الخدمة التمريضية.

7. وصف مختلف أنواع الاضطرابات النفسية وطرق العلاج المختلفة.

8. التعرف على كيفية تقييم الصحة النفسية.

9. دراسة الأنواع المختلفة للعلاجات النفسية ومميزاتها.

10. تغيير اتجاهات الطلبة نحو الصحة النفسية والمرض النفسي.

11. التعرف على دور المريض في تمريض الصحة النفسية المجتمعية.
