رؤيا الفرع

يتطلع فرع اساسيات التمريض في كلية التمريض/ جامعة الكوفة الى تبوء مكانه ريادية بين كافة الأقسام العلمية المختلفة في الكلية والكليات المناظرة الاخرى. فرع اساسيات التمريض له القدرة على منافسة مؤسسات التعليم العالي للتمريض على الصعيدين الاقليمي , العالمي والدولي.

رسالة الفرع

تكمن رسالة فرع اساسيات التمريض في ارساء الدعائم الاساسية لدراسة التمريض على المستوى الجامعي من خلال تقديم مادة علمية تتوافق مع المفاهيم الحديثة للتمريض والمهارات العلمية لأعداد طالب مؤهل لتقديم عناية تمريضية شاملة في مختلف المؤسسات الصحية التابعة لوزارة الصحة ولمختلف الحالات المتعلقة بأساسيات التمريض بمساعدة ا اكتسبه من المعارف والمهارات في فرع اساسيات التمريض. وكذلك الفرع يوفر طرق متعددة في الخبرات التعليمية المتعددة والمتنامية في التخصصات العلمية بما يتوافق مع تقدم متطلبات العمل واصحاب المصلحة طبقا الى اجراء الابحاث العلمية المتطورة التي تجرى سنويا”.

أهداف الفرع

1. تطبيق مهارات منظمة وتحليلية مبنية على عمق معرفي شامل في استخدام العملية التمريضية في مختلف اماكن تقديم العناية التمريضية.

2. تنظيم العملية التمريضية بأسلوب يحدد الطبيعة الفردية والشمولية للشخص المريض والعائلة والمجتمع.

3. تقديم عناية تمريضية شاملة وفعالة مبنية على قواعد العلاج والوقاية من الامراض وكذلك التأهيل مع اماكن تقديم العناية التمريضية.

4. تأسيس وإدامة العمل الفعال والعلاقات التعاونية مع المريض والممرضين وباقي افراد الفريق الصحي.

5. تطبيق عملية البحث العلمي والنتائج كدليل لحل المشكلات الصحية وتعين الاجراءات التمريضية.

6. استخدام وسائل التحليل والتركيب والتفكير الحرج في العملية التعليمية للفرع وكذلك تهيأت الطلبة لتطبيقها في مواقع العمل.
