The College of Nursing at the University of Kufa hosted the periodic meeting of the nursing colleges in Iraqi universities, in the presence of the President of the University of Kufa, A. Dr. Yasser Lafta Hassoun The council discussed several axes, including unifying the curricula for nursing faculties, mechanisms of blended education for nursing faculties, and ways to consolidate private education.
Several topics related to the nursing field in Iraq in general and nursing colleges in particular were also discussed. The meeting included many topics, including determining the time and place of the next meeting, as well as reviewing and discussing the minutes of the previous meeting, the topic of scientific branches and official books directed to the Committee and the International Accreditation Council for Nursing Faculties. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Rajha Al-Kassar presented certificates of appreciation and appreciation to the deans of nursing faculties in Iraqi universities.
