In our college, a master's thesis was discussed for the student (Ali Majed Hassan) entitled
(Relationship between Stress and Cortisol Levels among Presenters in Teaching Methods
Courses at University of Kufa)
Where the discussion was held under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing,
University of Warith Al-Anbiya Dr. Mortada Ghanem Adday, member and supervisor. Dr. Ali
Jabbar Aidan, member and supervisor And Dr. Fatima Wanas Khudair, chairman from our
college . The instructor in our college Dr. Hossam Mutashar Zaan, is a member, and the
instructor from the College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University, Dr. Reda Muhammad Lafta, in
the discussion room at the Faculty of Nursing The study aims to measure cortisol and alpha-
amylase levels and stress levels among presenters before the presentation for 20 minutes, in
addition to measuring cortisol and alpha-amylase levels and stress levels among applicants
after the presentation To determine the relationship between psychological stress and
cortisol and alpha-amylase levels among applicants through the difference in levels recorded
before and after the presentation, and to know the relationship between psychological
stress and cortisol and related demographic information
The current study recommended the Iraqi Ministry of Health to support the project of
making a device that senses vital signs in saliva to measure stress reactions with high
accuracy, current temporal resolution and spatial accuracy using the regression equation
used in this study
Presenters must be able to manage stress strategies such as relaxation, meditation, a
balanced diet, and avoiding excessive coffee. Finally, get enough sleep before any
presentation, Establishing a center that provides bidders with a free private or governmental
training session to help them manage critical situations, develop students’ skills during their
studies in universities on applicants’ skill theory, and involve them in workshops, seminars
and training courses. Finally, the current study suggested other studies to conduct future
studies on stimulating cytokines. for inflammation.
