The National Council for the Accreditation of Nursing Programs held a ceremony on the occasion of the launch of accreditation standards for nursing programs in Iraq. Prof. Dr. Rajiha Abdel-Hassan, Chairman of the Council and Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Kufa, confirmed that this launch will be the beginning of the Iraqi nursing colleges and departments preparing to prepare the self-report as well as applying for national accreditation. The Board calls on colleges with nursing programs to work hard to earn national accreditation.
