A workshop was held in the College of Nursing at the University of Kufa entitled (Violence and Attacks on Nursing Personnel: Causes and Solutions), and each of (Professor Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Karim Mustafa, Professor Muhammad Hakim Shamran, Professor Maryam Muhammad Ali, lectured Karim), where the workshop dealt with violence, its types, the most important causes that lead to it, and what are the best possible ways and solutions to reduce it, and all the questions of the attendees were discussed and answered.
