Rules and regulations

To teach the students in the institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

According to the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article (37) and paragraph (2) of Article (47) of the Law of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. (40) for the year 1988.

Article 1

The student shall abide by the following:

First: Obey laws, regulations, internal regulations, instructions and orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions (university, faculty, college, institute).

Second: Do not prejudice religious beliefs or national unity or national feelings of bad or deliberately stir up sectarian strife, ethnic or religious, in fact or word.

Third: Not to harm the reputation of the ministry or its institutions by word or deed inside or outside it.

Fourth: Avoid all that is contrary to the behavior of the university of high discipline and respect for management, faculty, staff and fellowship relations and cooperation among students.

V. Proper disciplined behavior that will have a positive impact on the appointment and nomination of scholarships and fellowships.

Sixth – Abstain from any action that would disturb the system and the tranquility and tranquility within the campus (college or institute) or participate in it and incite it or cover up the perpetrators.

Seventh: Preserving the educational requirements and the property of the university, faculty, college or institute.

Eighth – Without prejudice to the good conduct of the study in the college or institute.

IX – Adherence to the uniform uniform for students, taking into account the specificity of each university or body separately.

X. Avoid calling for the establishment of organizations that would deepen discrimination or practice any kind of political, religious or social persecution.

Avoid publicity for any party or political organization or ethnic group or national or sectarian, whether in the suspension of pictures, banners, posters or the establishment of seminars.

Do not invite party figures to give lectures or hold party or religious seminars on campus to preserve national unity.

Article 2

The student shall be punished by warning if he commits one of the following offenses:

First: Non-compliance with the uniform determined at the university or body.

Second: Abuse of students’ relations with or passing by students.

Article 3

The student shall be punished by warning if he commits one of the following offenses:

First, it is indeed necessary to punish him with an alert before he is punished with a warning.

Second – the disruption of the system and the security and tranquility in the university or body, college or institute.

Article 4

A student shall be punished by a term of 30 (30) days if he commits any of the following offenses:

First, it is indeed necessary to punish the warning with the previous punishment of the warning.

Second, by passing on a member of the university who is not a faculty member.

Thirdly, he has defamed a member of the faculty, which harms him inside or outside the college or the institute.

4 – Putting posters – on campus – that disturb public order and literature.

Article 5

The student shall be punished by temporary dismissal from the university for a period not exceeding one academic year if he commits one of the following offenses:

First – if it is repeated committing one of the acts stipulated in Article (4) of these instructions.

Second – March or incite sectarian or ethnic blocs or political or partisan gatherings on campus.

Thirdly, he assaulted a member of the university who is not a faculty member.

IV. Use violence against fellow students.

V. Threat of armed violence.

Sixth – carrying all kinds of weapons on vacation or without a vacation on campus.

Seventhly – intentionally or grossly misrepresented damage to the property of the university, faculty, college or institute.

Eighth – his abuse of national unity or religious beliefs.

IX – Exceeded by saying one of the members of the faculty within the college or the Institute or outside.

Tear off the reputation of the university or body by word or deed.

11 – deliberate misuse of the good conduct of the study.

12 – proved to be a fraud and fraud on fellow students and employees of the college or institute.

Article 6

The student shall be punished by the final dismissal from the college or the institute and by a decision of the university or the body and shall record his registration if he commits one of the following offenses:

First – Repeating one of the violations stipulated in Article (5) of these instructions.

Second, he is already assaulting a faculty member or lecturers at the university, faculty, college or institute.

Thirdly, it is a disgraceful act and contrary to morality and public morals.

Submit any forged documents, books or documents with the knowledge that he is a forgery or that he is an instigator of forgery.

Fifth – Prove that he committed an act that violates the security and security on campus, or participate in it or help him.

VI. When he is convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, his sentence shall be increased for more than one year.

Article 7

First: The imposition of the penalties provided for in Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of these instructions shall not prevent the infringing student from imposing other penalties if the violation is committed under penalty laws.

Second: If a criminal action is brought against the student for an act attributed to him outside the university or the institute, it shall be considered in a disciplined manner until the criminal proceedings are decided.

Article 8

The Dean of the College or Institute shall be the Student Discipline Committee headed by the Dean’s Assistant and the membership of two faculty members provided that one of the members of the Committee is legal. And a representative of the student union (elected) and assigns one of the administrative staff to the work of the committee.

Article 9

Disciplinary punishment may not be imposed unless recommended by the Disciplinary Committee.

Article 10

The disciplinary sanctions provided for in these instructions shall be imposed by a decision of the College Council or the Institute. The Council may delegate its powers to the Dean of the College or Institute.
